The plumber was not really prepared very well. He did not have necessary basic parts on his truck and had to come back a second time. I felt like I was paying for him to run back and forth to the store for parts for standard plumbing fixtures. He was nice but not professional. He needed to have more skill and a better stocked truck

While they were here to repair my toilet they fixed my doorbell, and advised a technician from another company on how to fix my gas fireplace. Their work was thorough and careful. They are capable plumbers, AND they do many other jobs, too.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
They were efficient, timely and came and did the work when the tenant was available and finished on time too. Everything is good so far and no complaints from the tenant. I would use them again and recommend them too.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Did not disclose "Truck Fee" until it was time to pay. Even when I asked how much and if he charged for the commute to our house he said no. Also, lacked what I thought were basic parts to repair the problem (despite a truck charge). I guess It was nice of him to check and see if I wanted him to go to home depot to buy the parts (because it would have cost another hour). In the end I spent $195 and the repair was only diagnosed, not completed. ***Update: his diagnosis was wrong and humidifier is still broken! Had to get another diagnosis from a "qualified" person that in fact it never was working to begin with.*** $195 for nothing!!!

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
His price was very competitive and he gave good advice regarding the brand and size of water heater we needed. We simply purchased the one he recommended from the local Home Depot and then he picked it up, installed it, and hauled away the old one. He came out to give an estimate right before the Christmas holiday and installed the new water heater the Monday following. The total price was less than Sears (and the service was a LOT better)!
