I originally wanted an estimate to fix/repair a leaky spigot. The tech took the spigot apart, fiddled with it & made it work. The problem was a gasket had slipped. The $119 min. charge was a jaw dropper as I originally requested an estimate. Tech was on time & friendly. After thinking about it I wonder why he didn’t replace the gaskets that looked weathered & cracked. I am no Plummer so hopefully he made a correct choice though the minimal service charge might have been easier to swallow had replaced them. I also feel shafted about the charge & lack of disclosure of a minimal charge when an estimate was the original request.

The first tech who came out was very nice, but did an incomplete job and didn't fully fix the problem. But I called them back and the manager personally came to our house and got very dirty to fix the problem. He was there at least an hour and didnt charge me anything extra. I think that's customer service at its finest. I would hire them again for the extra time they took with us to ensure our satisfation. We haven't had any problems since.

The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. he completed the job quickly. He rearranged the sink drains into a more standard configuration. The previous owners had the drains in a sort of Rube Goldberg arrangement. He replaced the shut-off valves and reconnected the faucet as I had requested.
