The service rep was informative and left traps for mice,however did not return in the two weeks as stated. They will be returning on a monthly basis for the next five months. Hopefully the problem will be resolved before then.

I hired The Pest Detective to verify the work done by another termite inspector. The Pest Detective verified that the work was properly done and that he did not need to add any extra protection. He was very honest, trustworthy, and explained everything clearly. I wish every service that I use had this type of customer service.

Pest detective responsed really quick and solved my rodent problem in the 1st visit. They re-visited in 2 weeks and also has 6 months warranty. very professional.

Once we were able to coordinate on an appointment time, Scott was quickly able to apply insecticide to the two yellow jacket nests under my windows, and at a very reasonable cost (less than his estimate by phone). Within two days, the yellow jackets were gone! Scott was very pleasant to deal with as well.

Scott was prompt, friendly and honest. He actually told me that I was in good shape and didn't need his services at this time. If I do in the future, I will definitely call Scott.
