Saul returned calls, fulfilled the contract, and was willing to put on another coat of paint where needed. I would hire him again.

Saul and his crew know their craft. Fthey power washed the exterior of the house and fence. They patched all the cracks in the stucco and caulked other joints. as the work progresses, anything I asked about or pointed out was quickly answered and addressed. They are neat and took care to cover areas so they did not get inadvertently painted. The house is 1900 SQ FT single story with a surronding fensce. The completed the job in 3 days. You should seriously consider Saul for you project.

I thought Saul and his associate were very professional. Saul asked lots of questions and understood our needs when he first came out for an estimaate. His quote was comparable to other quotes, but we felt that Saul was more experienced.

They were on time and very cooperative. Overall the job looks good. There were some problems with "overspray" in quite a few places which they mostly cleaned up after I brought it to their attention. I was disappointed that door hardware (hinges and doorknobs) was masked rather than removed which led to less than perfect look when done. I know it's a big job but more attention to detail would have been good. So I give 5 stars for professionalism and timeliness and 3 stars for attention to detail.

The work was done at my parents'home. It was very high quality and done promptly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. They were there when they said they would be both for the estimate and the work. I am planning to use them for work at my own house. It was a completely positive experience.

Saul was very professional. He was prompt and did a fine job. He cleaned up completely. He always made sure that he was doing the job exactly as I wanted it done. He also responded to my e-mail communications promptly. A very good professional.

Once we were able to finally get a day set (my schedule kept changing), they arrived when they said and completed the job in a timely manner. They also cleaned up afterward. Unlike other companies, who count the primer as one coat of paint, S. B. Painting does (2) full coats of paint and patches walls, which was all included in the price.

S.B. Painting responded quickly to my request for multiple quotes for various portions of the project. Their prices were very competitive. They protected everything well. The work looks great and the clean up afterwards met my expectations. They were very prompt and kept me informed on their progress. I would use SB Painting again.
