Sharon did a great job and she was knowledgeable, on-time and efficient. She immediately put me at ease w/her sense of humor and she doesn't pressure you to get rid of stuff like I had been afraid of. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!

i didn't need the pro to invent an organization system. i already have a good one in place. she was able to add a few comments, but basically, it was to do as i requested. that's why i feel $50/hr was too expensive when i asked her if she would accept $30/hr, she said that the project wouldn't take that long, and therefore, she would keep the price at $50/hr. maybe she wanted to have a certain amount of income for each job.the thing is- she had much less to do in my case, with not having to formulate the organization part. she acknowledged that what i really needed qas help with the implementation of the project. she was very helpful doing that, but i don't think that was worth $50/hr.

Sharon Hayward has been a blessing beyond. I have had the pleasure of working with her on many projects since 2008. I would hire her full time if I could. She is so easy to work with, she just seems to know what your needs are and find solutions to the problems. She is a miracle worker with paper work and setting up file systems. She is the Ultimate organizer she however can also tackle an upsidedown closet. She is just amazing!!!! She works with confidence and calm. She makes you feel like you will survive the task at hand. She gives you hope, she is the wonderful in every way. So delighted to recommend Sharon Hayward of The Organized Advantage.

Sharon was really terrific. She called, immediately, to set up a time. She made me feel comfortable and was sensitive to my constraints. Kind of pricey - but, for me, worth it!

I love Sharon like she is part of my family even though I could only afford to have her work for me a couple of times. Unfortunately, I had to find another agency that didn't charge so much. This was out of my price range, but you get what you pay for in life. If I could have continued to have her come work for me until my home was completely organized, I would have. I have been ill for 7 years with no family and no help. She was encouraging and supportive and gave me hope that we, together would get me moved in to my condo, which I have tecnically lived in for almost 5 years and been to sick to move my stuff in and know where to put it away.

Sharon is amazing! We are getting ready to have twins, and I was panicked about getting organized after our recent move. Sharon quickly and efficiently helped me organiza the kitchen, garage and office. She was excellent at helping me decide what to keep and what to donate. I can't say enough and feel it's the best money I've ever spent! Thank you Sharon.

Sharon is a blessing a big Blessing. We in our old age instead of down sizing we sized up! Moved from 1300 sq.ft to over 3200 sq. ft and really did not want the clutter and wanted things perfect... From the moment Sharon walked in the energy she has is so great and she is very relaxed but motivated she was just what I needed. It has been the best present I could give to my self and it is for sure everlasting. I have told everyone about her that I can and hope that they to will indulge in Sharon she is very habit forming. Today we went threw all the linens. The wonderful thing is when she walks out the door at the end of her work day you are more than satisfied and every thing is gone the clutter the garbage the donate the whole enchilada no worries for me it is a clean sweep and very calming and pleasing to have a job completed ready for another new task. You will not be sorry to invite Sharon in to your home she truly has become someone very dear to me and part of my team. Thanks Sharon for all that you do.

I do not have the words to describe how thankful I am to have found Sharon at the Organized Advantage! We completely de-cluttered and organized 3 rooms in 3 days. She has a wonderful attitude and was not judgmental at all! She had a calming effect over me and was able to keep me on track to get the job done. Her organizational sensibilities are superb and she is just a kind, generous person who clearly loves what she does for a living. I will definitely be working with her again and would recommend her highly to my friends and colleagues!

Sharon was great at helping me unpack and organize my home office space. We just moved in to a new home and I was overwhelmed with boxes and setting up our new space. She helped me find a place for everything and took away my items for donations.

Sharon of the Organized Advantage is awesome. She's a powerhouse!!! I thought there was no way we could get through some of the stuff I had in one day, but she did it in a matter of mere hours. She's extremely pleasant to work with, she was kind and patient with my three-year old daughter, she was concerned for my husband's peace of mind as well as mine...I could go on and on and on. Did I mention that she had enough energy left at the end of the session to climb up and down my stairs in order to haul all the garbage and donations away? Truly amazing...I would recommend her to anyone in a second!
