The Modern Patina is an extremely professional, talented, and knowledgeable company. We first discovered their services when needing a last minute painting job.. and as a small property management company, it is essential we have dependable vendors that deliver outstanding service. This company embodies all of those qualities- I Would definitely recommend them to anyone with painting needs. Tara is friendly, reliable, and completely informed. We have used them on 3 jobs now and will continue to use them!

Tara and I visited on the phone and I explained to her what I was interested in. For our Master Bedroom, I sent a link to the bedding we had and she showed up with a sample board that was what I wanted and she did it going on only a pic of our bedding. She listened to me, made suggestions, came up with wonderful ideas for the whole apartment and it turned out better then we had hoped. the living room looks rich and warm with the finish she did on the focal wall. She helped picked out the other wall colors so that everything flowed since it's an open floor plan. Her and Josh did the straight painting also and the whole job was done on time.

We hired The Modern Patina to paint basically every wall in our house. Tara and her crew did a fantastic job! Project finished on time, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
