Peter and his crew were efficient and thorough in their work. It was my first remodel and I'm glad I went with them. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. There were no surprises and I'm very happy with all the work!

Project: Build an Addition
The work was done professionally and on time. Peter and the crew were courteous and clean. They cleaned the area each day at its end. Whlle the project was not inexpensive, the quality and service ice was very good and Mr. Desmond also did a few extra things at no charge.

It was great working with you. The kitchen water pipes ran through a four foot overhang and had previously frozen and presented a challenge. We ran new pipes and relocated the heating duct to run with the pipes. We wrapped the pipes and duct with insulation and foil. The balance of the overhang we insulated with a combination of closed-cell and rigid foam insulation. We also sealed the air leaks where the open floor permitted.

The job was well done and done in the schedule time set. Peter's whole team reported on time and clean up each day. I can't say enought about his team they where all so very nice. I'm enjoying three new rooms thanks to the Meridian group!!

We converted a three season room to a year round room. We reframed the walls with 2 x 6 studs to provide more insulation; installed an energy efficient bow window and patio door with low-e, argon filled gas glazing; and installed radiant floor heating floor with granite tile to provide heat. After we created a coffered ceiling, we insulated the previously uninsulated space. The owner's cats love to sit on the window seat in the bow window and watch outside.

They were terrifc with incredible attention to detail, on-time and on-budget, and carefully cleaned up every day. I would recommend them highly. This was a complex and difficult project (more than expected) and they handled it with great skill.

This is a historic structure in Chicago's Gold Coast. Our work included masonry and concrete repair, the restoration of the original entry and vestibule and reconstruction of the structure above the portico roof.
