Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

Cut relations hort after bathroom not done on time, or on budget. Workers cut many corners and had to become my own project manager. Did not use adequate saw to cut marble tiles and resulted in loss tiles and money. Wall is uneven in some areas. Sealant was not applied correctly twice. No evidence of liner used behind shower tiles and pan. Debris left in yard. Adjacent bedroom left dusty with plaster and caulk on the hardwood. Broke my vacuum that was used for clean up without my permission. These are only the things i noticed, I am worried about the plumbing, electricity, insulation, waterproofing...

Frank and his crew came in and rescued the major renovations on our home from our original contractors horrendous work and basically saved the entire project. He and his team were prompt, courteous, efficient, deadline oriented, priced at a great value and very communicative to my wife and I during their work on our home. Project: Build a Traditional Wood Carport

Was unable to pursue the extension of my carport because of a zoning restriction. However, I found Frank McDonald very knowledgeable about the process and would have been more than happy to have used his services and expertise to complete the job.

Project: Build an Addition

They were very professional and neat. Worked everyday (except weekends) even through both blizzards. The job was finished ahead of the deadline. My mother is very plesaed with the in-law suite that was added, especially the attention to detail. We ended up having extra work done becuase we were so impressed. I would definitely recommend The McDonald Group.

We used Frank for a modest size remodel of the front of our house and a complete makeover of the kitchen, opening it up to tie it with a family room and incorporating a work-eat island. Frank and his crew were excellent. The crew came on time each day, worked long hours when necessary, and left the work site impeccably clean each day. Above all, they seemed to genuinely care about doing a great job and on time. These folks were well informed, responsive to questions, respectful, and pretty flexible with the many hiccups that arise in the projects. They are excellent professionals to work with.
