Called him and set up an appointment the next morning, within 15 minutes he found the problem, quoted me the price for parts/labor and was on his way to pick up the needed part. He returned not too long after, replaced the needed part and everything worked perfectly before noon. He also walked me through the problem and what exactly was being done which I appreciated. Will use again for any and all future issues with central air in my house.

When my ac went out on one of the hottest days of the year, I thought I was in for a miserable day of having to replace my entire system and finding a way to keep my household pets cool and safe. Within 5 minutes after submitting my request I got a voicemail from Greg at The Main Man air conditioning and heating. Greg understood my situation and was able to come over within 30 minutes and had my 13 year old system up and running within the hour. While we did discuss replacing the entire system, he was able to make a very economical fix and get me cool and comfortable so I can schedule a replacement job when the weather is cooler. Thanks!

Quick response! Immediate diagnosis w/out testing was partially correct. Pricing was off-hand or 'out of a hat' and seemed little high for needs but was glad to get it going. Overall acceptable for quick service.

The Main Man is very nice, fast to come over for the issue, explained everything to us and showed how things work. I feel his price is a little high compared to the other company I spole with and they had the same high ratings. Next time to save money we will use the another company

was wonderful. called early on a thursday morning, had my ac looked at by noon the same day. was repaired the following morning. knew exactly when to expect a technician never waited. one week later, still blowing nice and cold, and working just how it should. the repair price was muchless than I had expected.

The main man was very nice and professional and he made it to my house in record time. My house was 100 degrees when he got there and I was in desperation to get my AC fixed so my family would be comfortable and he made the situation a lot better! I will definitely be using him for any future needs and will recommend to anyone I know!

Greg was very courteous and prompt. The only issue that i had, was that the only diagnostic that he ran was freon level. As a non-professional I already knew that the freon levels were low and thus felt that the 100$ diagnostic fee was on the high side. For 100$, I expected more diagnostics. In all fairness he did explain that testing for tubing leakage would be expensive, but I just cant help but feel that could be cheaper tests could be available OR that the diagnostic fee could be lower. Having said that, all in all my experience was positive, and i wouldn’t hesitate in working with Greg again.
