While the employees from The Maids Home Services were perfectly pleasant, their work was far below my expectations.  I specifically said several times that the main goal of me hiring professionals to clean the house was to get rid of the dog hair.  When they left it was if they hadn't even been there. There was dog hair all over the floor. They didn't seem to pay much more attention to the rest of the house either. They didn't clean behind the toaster in the kitchen nor did they clean the windows. For $156, I shouldn't have had to clean the house myself after they left. So disappointing. I'd never hire them again.

No one informed me that I had to move things off of all shelves and surfaces in order for those surfaces to be dusted properly.  I was here with my 2- and 4-year old boys at my heels and was literally following one woman around and picking stuff up off the shelves so that she would clean them!  They emptied my trash bins, but did not replace any of the bags, nor did they take any of the garbage out to the outside receptacles.  In general, they miscalculated how long it would take to clean my house and therefore I ended up paying a lot more than the estimate given to me.  And the whole dusting thing added a lot more time as well.  I would not recommend this
