Leaking supply valve in laundry room. Eric obtained the parts, installed access panel for drywall, installed new washer pan, replaced old valve, ensured no leak and cleaned up

they were prompt and responded within literally moments of placing the email request. The technician arrived that same evening- a Sunday evening, no less- and worked until 8:30 pm to install my dishwasher.

the guy who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. he assessed my situation, gave me a good idea on the quantities of my problem and he gave me some good advice but the cost of this initial visit was enough to make me apprehensive about the estimate I was given. it made me wonder whether i should have become a Plumber. Good service though, if you have the money.

They charged over $500 dollars on a job that should have been around $200-$300 and charged over a $100 for a pressure reducer valve that I can get from Lowes for $35 to $50 . They left my meter turned at an angle which makes it difficult to read the meter.
