The Surveyor was very professional yet very easy to talk to. He made an excellent suggestion that I install the fence I am planning at least 6" from the lot line he surveyed since I had intimated that the neighbor could be a bit testy. He also spoke with the neighbor when he came out to check out the survey and was able to help keep the neighbor reassured that the work was being done accurately, showing him the survey pin he had found and how he was lining up the equipment to get the line marked with stakes. I would do business with this company again and highly recommend to anyone needing this type of work. The cost was reasonable, too!

The Land Surveyor did an excellent job in a timely manner and was very personable and professional. Original pins were difficult to locate but he found them and placed pins correctly where there were none. I would like to add that though there were directional mistakes on the deed papers, Brennon took the extra time to get the discrepancy corrected and the survey complete. I highly recommend him if you require any survey services.

I believe Brennon went above and beyond what was expected of him in completing this job. We spoke on the phone 20 minutes from our property and he waited until we arrived in order to walk the property with us. He was very friendly and professional!

The Land Surveyors, Inc was quick to make contact with me. He was able to do my property survey in a timely manner. Mr. Garrett marked the property lines in a clear visual way. I have a real peave for people either being on time or calling to say they are running behind schedule. The only reason I am not giving a five star rating is because he made an appointment to do my survey at 0900. It was well after 11:00 before he arrived.

Excellent. Very professional. Finding the property pins was a little more difficult than either he or I anticipated but he honored his original bid, never even hintied at charging more, and then he gave me the large print out of my property plot map. Very pleasant. I'd hire him again if the need ever arises and would highly recommend him.

Excellent experience. I was able to schedule a survey within a week of my first call and get the property/topo survey results the very next day. I would definitely recommend the Land Surveyors.
