Im just disapointed it wouldn't let me give any higher than a five. Dan has seen more of the house than the people who built it. He was extremely thorough, and detail oriented. I would and have already recommended The House Scout to my friends, and trust him enough to reffer Dan to my family members when they need an inspection.

My experience with Dan was very satisfactory. He arrived early. The house was built in 1968 and maintenance on the house had not been done. This house has lots of issues. During the process of the inspection he explained what he was seeing. If I had any specific concerns, he addressed them. He seemed to appreciate that I showed interest in the inspection. We found an exposed live wire during the inspection and Dan took time to talk to the homeowner about the situation. Dan has knowledge in many areas and was very professional. I feel I picked just the right person for my home inspection and feel more comfortable about going forward.
