We got our estimate in a reasonable amount of time although there were some issues with differences between the actual estimate and the final bid. These were, however, worked out to our satisfaction. The workers did seem to have some issues with scheduling and did occasionally say they were going to show up at one time only to call at the appointed hour to say they wouldn't be able to make it, once the project was delayed by several days due to scheduling issues.
