Our technician was very helpful and answered any and all questions even though he was finished with the job he had come to fix. He even stayed and waited until the hot tub was filled back up. I will definitely use this company when I need it fixed again and would recommend them to everyone!!

They were out the next business day morning and made suggestions on what I should do until they arrived. The temps. were under 20 degrees and I was concerned about further damage to the tub b/c of the freezing temps.

Once they came to my home, the job was done quickly, completely, and correctly. Their service technician was very experienced and knowledgable. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that they were difficult to get in contact with and slow to follow up.

We thank Dwight for the opportunity but I must say Im disappointed he feels we were slow to respond. Dwight was contacted by our service department the day we received the call, he said he wasen't ready and would call when he was. He also tried working with another service company with no success. We tried contacting Dwight several other times leaving a message each time.
