Service was professional and well informed about the equipment and services available. Installation was done on schedule and within the time estimate given. Installation was done neatly and looked clean and professional when finished. All my questions were answered quickly and calls or emails returned promptly throughout the process, before and after installation.

John was very easy to work with over the entire install. His quote was perfect, and he was very helpful in figuring out the best design for our TV. He ended up spending multiple days for our install because of construction for opening, and then after install issues that turned out to be our directv receiver. He did everything without complaint, and offered any his expertise as we needed. We appreciate everything he has done, and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend his services to everyone we know.

John is the man! We spoke on the phone mid-afternoon and he was at the house a few hours later to do the job. WHICH he did in about 30 minutes. AND he cleaned up afterward. I would have John back in a minute, and I probably will when I get a new high-tech remote control.
