VERY PROFESIONAL TECHS, FINISHED IN TIMELY MANNER WE WERE OFFERED THE SECOND LITE TO ALMOST NO DISCOUNT, WE COULD HAD AGREE IF DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED, SINCE THE TECHS WERE ON SITE AND ON THE ROOF, A DISCOUNT AT LEAST OF 25% MOST LIKELY MANY OTHER HOME HOWNERS WILL GO FOR. No offense taken! However,I am a little confused by this as we always discount tubes when a second one is installed, even if it is at a later time. When we do multiple tubes at the same time is when we typically offer our greatest discounts. We love repeat customers! The discounts themselves may not be huge, but there is not much of a margin on our tubular skylight prices in which to do so. We strive to keep our prices very competitive to other companies to make sure we give the best to our customers.

They were on time and very helpful. They did a great job. I would recommend them.

Perfect..timing..duration..just as being a Swiss, I would have spent a little more time protecting the area so clean up would have been easier and a lot less needed after. But everything was fine
