Our technition was Ethan who was great. He didn't have much experience with my brand of stove but he kept coming back until the stove was running. I only had to pay for one service call even though he came back three times. I should mention that he had to come back three times because he kept finding more thinks wrong.

Shane at The Heat is On was very helpful and knowledgable. We ran into a couple snafu's with scheduling, but overall I've been happy with them. I thought their prices were reasonable and the contractors they use were knowledgable and friendly. Despite the scheduling issues I would reccomend them.

emailed the heat is on and explained my situation, needed a gas stove to heat a very small apartment. after several discussions found the best fit for the apartment and happy about the installation and everything was so easy basically explain what was needed found product had it delivered and installed. end of story....saved me a lot of time and energy researching it myself.
