Very satisfied! I called mid-day, got an appt to fix my fireplace for 3 days later (not bad in the middle of a snow storm), and got a call back that he could work me in just a few hours that same day in due to needing to get a part in my area anyway. Just 2 hours later, he arrived, was very professional, fixed my fireplace in 45 minutes, and was out the door, leaving the area clean! Highly recommend!
