Reasonable rate. Repair was as expected. No surprises. Very courteous. Had Amando patch up a drywall as well when he came to worked on the fence post. A good handyman to keep on the call list.

He was very efficient and professional. I also thought he was very reasonable in what he charged for all the work he did. I will definitely keep him in mind for other fix-it jobs. In fact, I have already lined him up to do more work for me.

Project: Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Mr. amondo was not a "very good carpenter". The work was rushed. The tile installed in the utility room is not leveled. The tile installed around the wall in the half-bath was over-grouted. Grout runs up the newly installed sheetrock. He kept trying to raise his price, nickel/diming at every chance. Did not reconnect washer/dryer properly. The drywall was installed poorly. I will need to hire someone to correct their mistakes.
