Our deck looks fabulous! Only issue (a very small one) is they would show up and leave and not really communicate what was going on unless they was a problem. Jared always was accessible by phone. The project started later than anticipated and took longer, but Jared takes extra care to make sure the end result is excellent. He was so pleasant to work with and his pricing is very reasonable. Would give 4 1/2 stars if it allowed it, but 5 would be perfect and while I definitely intend on using them again if the need arises, I consider 5 being perfect from begining to end, and I can't say it was absolutely perfect, but the reasons are petty enough that not worth listing, only that it had more to do with communication prior to the work and follow up afterward.  the actual work done was very good.  See All Ratings
