Frank contacted me as and when requested, and timely kept his appointment to provide an estimate. We quickly agreed on both a price and a reasonable turnaround time for the work to be performed. He delivered as expected, finding creative solutions to repair a worn and broken recliner. Frank helped to keep a favorite piece of furniture in service, saving me a great deal of money over the cost or replacing the piece. I highly recommend his services, and would hire him again!

Very quick response to initial inquiry. Chair which needed repair was picked up, repair quote given on the spot, and work completed and delivered back to my home within one week as promised. Very satisfied with The Finishing Touch, LLC.

I had 3 pieces of bedroom furniture (dresser, chest of drawers, and nightstand) in my son’s room that I tried to strip and stain but in the end I failed. It looked terrible so after licking my wounds I used Service Magic for the first time and ending up picking Frank@ The Finishing Touch. We are VERY happy with the results. Frank was great and he came in with the most competitive bid and the quickest turn around. The furniture looks fantastic. It went from looking like it was from 1960(which it was) to a nice dark espresso finish that perfectly matches my son's crib. Thanks Frank, we'll recommend you to others!

Frank was here when he said he'd be here and the quality of the work is excellent. We hesitated to reupholster our old sofa but it is an Ethan Allen and the frame was still in excellent condition. We could not be more pleased.

Amazing job! He called us within 1 hour of me putting in the service request. He was on his way back from Boulder and was at our front door within 2 hours. He looked at the recliner, gave us a bid. I help load it on his truck. He called yesterday, brought it back today. and it's all done within 4 days total. We spent $225 for repairing instead of over $2,000 for purchasing a new one.
