Spoke with Al, made appointment. Arrrived on time, quoted $ amount, took blind in for repair. Called to notify me when they would return and install repaired blind. All done within 3 business days. Completely satisfied with service.

My office needed a blinds installer at the last minute after another installer fell through, and Albert was able to come check out the windows/blinds that afternoon. Blinds were installed next day with no problems at a reasonable cost. Albert did exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased with our blinds. We will definitely use Empire Window Treatments again in the future.

Albert came at the time we agreed upon. Nice man. He promised 3 days, and the blinds came back looking totally new. Their person came 3 hours EARLY on the day promised, was very polite, took great care in the hanging and testing of the cord and plastic stick that regulates the amount of light entering. I had the blinds restrung & washed. I would certainly recommend Albert and his company to you.

He arrived on time and did a great job installing 5 sets of blinds. Customer service was fantastic and he did some great troubleshooting for one particular blind that needed to be installed in a location that was a little awkward.
