Great but way overpriced for work done. I paid it because we needed it done now but would have saved money had I shopped around. Would have been nice to get good pricing from the beginning.

Project: Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation - Residential - Materials Not Provided
Spending more time paying attention to detail and being diligent would greatly improve customer service. Step by step instructions were provided to Electric Company and they were not read nor followed. This honest mistake was addressed and corrected immediately, but terms of correction were not met fully in a minor but significant way. Customer satisfaction requires parties to uphold all commitments and only minutes of diligence would have changed this rating to a good experience. Rating is of natural - negative experience due to the significant schedule slides, and impacts on entire project/confidence, and failure to follow through fully.

VERY prompt. Job completed within hours of initial call for bid. Since this was a relatively small job that I was able to fairly clearly scope, we worked from an initial verbal bid. Completed job was about 25% less $ than bid.
