Project: Install or Replace a Garage Door Opener
I know this doesn't happen often. I called for a garage door opener replacement and The Doorman had a technician here within twenty minutes with an opener on his truck. He explained everything about the opener and serviced the door (i.e. tightening bolts and replacing a few rollers). He was done in about two hours and programmed my car opener plus two more. I was more than totally impressed with my unexpected service. I was happy my car did not have to sit outside over night. Like I said this doesn't happen often and I would not expect it again. Luck of the draw.

I thought the techs were professional and worked fairly quickly to get the job done. They tested the work thoroughly. The only problem was that the pricing was a little high. But hey I guess you get what you pay for.

Project: Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener
James arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed my garage door problem, did all the necessary safety checks and charged a very reasonable fee. He didn't even seem annoyed at all when I realized that I had given him the wrong remote (it was the one for the gate at the entrance to my neighborhood - OOPS) and he had been kindly trying to get it to work. I would definitely recommend Doorman Service Company to others.

Project: Repair a Garage Door
They were prompt and did a good job. They were very neat and friendly and cleaned up after doing the work. Quickly got the springs ready for replacement and did a thorough safety check (required) and tightened the bolts on the hinges, tracks, etc. Arrived in a timely fashion and their office staff is quite pleasant.

I had not decided weather to replace my garage door or just renew the opener and adjust the old door. Doorman was the first and only vender to respond to my request. The estimator arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained all options well and was low key – no hard sell. I decided to renew the opening and adjust the old door. After obtaining another estimate via the phone, I went with Doorman. I chose the Liftmaster 3850 opener because of its battery power back up system. The Serviceman installer was professional and the job was completed to my satisfaction. The cost for the opener, installation, and door adjustment was $700.

Doorman Service Company came out same day, gave us a very accurate quote, fixed our garage door....completely headache free! I would recommend them to anybody needing garage door services. Any future garage door repairs.....Doorman will be called first thing.
