The Cooler Co. is family owned and operated since 1995, providing you with the best indoor air quality at a competetive price. Owner Steve Brandt, with nearly 25yrs experience, has built a reputation serving all of Metro Denver and the entire Roaring Fork Vallley; specializing in Retrofit replacement, new construction, boilers, snowmelt, and updating historical systems to have more modern and efficient alternatives. Steve has been on Tom Martino a number of times, promoting energy efficiency and rebates. This ultimately lowers the cost to the consumer; today with installation, and in the future on energy bills. The show also enabled us as a company to give back to our community/families in need. In 2009, we were able to donate $1000 to a family, for either their energy bill or groceries. In addition, we donated a furnace and installation to an elderly couple. What an honor! We have a full service division available 24/7, and guarantee exceptional customer service now and in the future.

Excellent work. We received 22 inches of snow and my furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I put the job out for bid and immediately received a response from the Cooler Company. The technician, Andrey, arrived within an hour and promptly identified the problem. Within 15 minutes the problem was fixed. Andrey also answered all my many additional questions and was extremely patient and clear in his responses. I would highly recommend both Andrey and the Cooler Company for all your furnace needs !!

I received a call within 2 minutes after submitting the request on service magic to schule the time. Teh tech called and confirmed the arrival in 20 minutes, In the meantime, i had 3 other contractors call and one of them was willing to waive the service charge of $39.99. I called Cooler company and they matched the offer. The tech was professional, well dressed and well mannered. He ordered the part and will come back on Monday to repair, based on his diagnostic.

Our furnace passed away on a Saturday night and due to the cold weather and urgent need, Cooler Company was available to support the fix for which we are very thankful. The people and owner are nice but be very careful. We needed a replacement and did not have time to shop around. After the install of a new furnace, humidifier and thermostat I learned that I over paid for the components. If you have the time, please verify costs of equipment purchased with a third party or online. Also, they will oversell the state rebate stating that it 'could be about $300 when in reality it is half that or less.

I am so sorry that this customer feels they did not get a good price. We did have to pay to open the supply house to get there equipment after hours and. We do send all of our technicians to school to make sure all of our customers get a very knowledgeable technician so they will always have excellent customer service we have also been in business for 16 years where some of the cheaper companies will not always be around later if there is ever a problem and they did get the best equipment on the market

I would highly recommend the Cooler Company. Steve, the owner, came out within a couple of hours. He was very professional and helpful with the options we had. His quote was exactly what he gave over the phone. He knew we were not able to spend much so he did not try to "Up-sell" a more expensive furnace. Jose, the technician, arrived 2 hours later and got right to work. He was very efficient and professional. Heat was back on!! Jose even came out the next because the fan was noisy that night. He fixed it and assured us that was common that not all of the fans are sent from the factory tight.

They put the furnace in rather quickly but left the old one in our driveway for several days before they came and got it.

Thank you for you're feedback; the furnace that we took out was extremely heavy. We made sure with the homeowner that it was ok for a scrap co. to pick up the furnace the next day, (Monday) and asked him to call us if they did not show up for any reason. It did take a couple of days for the scrap co. to pick it up. Had the customer called us, we would have taken care of it immediatly. We did learn from the experience, to assure that this will never happen again. As far as the new furnace being "put in rather quickly" we install hundreds of furnaces a year, in the appropriate time frame, and without complaint. Our work is 100% guaranteed.
