Project: Install Room or Closet Organizer
Met with Mike. Very nice guy. The advantage of using the Closet Guy is that he (Mike) is the one who designed the closet and the one who installed the closet. My fear with other companies was that the design and installation components were disconnected, leaving the possibility of mix-ups. Mike designed a great closet, gave a price that was lower than everyone else and installed the shelving within a room that has awkward dimensions to boot. I would recommend Mike to anyone thinking of doing a closet.

Several years ago, I had a miserable experience with Closet World, so I was skeptical about even beginning another closet project. I got three estimates for my current job (did not call Closet World again). I decided to use The Closet Guy because I like to work with independents when possible. Using the Closet Guy worked like clockwork. Mike Mueller showed up on time to estimate the job, the price was more than reasonable based on other estimates received, he was straightforward without any "used car salesman negotiating." The day of the job Mike and his worker showed up on time, got the job done in record time and it looks great!

Mike needs to be reminded that customers like to feel their needs and concerns matter and not cut them off when speaking, be rude or short with them.We never received drawer knobs when promised, no return phone call either, I guess since he had been paid we are out of luck!! I will never recommend this company, ever!! Customer satisfaction usually means referrals, in this case totally the opposite
