Project: Build a New Closet
We hired Closet Factory to install five closets. They did a great job with design, coming up with some creative solutions for irregularly shaped closets. There were a couple small details overlooked on the installation but the installer was quick to come back to fix the issues and the company provided us credit for the mistakes. I would use this company again.

Project: Construct Built-In Furniture
Excellent! I was initially a little skeptical about whether a place that does closets would do well with built-in bookshelves. But Shirley (the design consultant) listened to me and came up with the most beautilful design in a material I would never have considered using. Kim, the scheduler, was lovely and helpful. The installers did meticulous work (which included cutting and installing crown moulding), were on time and unfailingly courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and cleaned the shelves too! I have told everyone about how wonderful they were!
