I had problems communicating with the owner, but apparently there were reasons. I hope the 2 cleaning guys are well paid, because they are good employees. Those are hard to find!

December 2010 Mike Clevenger did an excellent job cleaning our carpets for a move into a new home. The original owners left the home in complete filth and Mike was able to return the carpets to like-new condition. A bonus of his services is the cleaning of all baseboards in the carpeted areas. Mike held to his original agreement with me. He was responsive with his communications. And he worked to complete the job to the end despite the additional unexpected work with the dirty carpets. We highly recommend The Cleaning Monkey.

They had some trouble with their machine the day they were supposed to clean for me but they were good at communicating the problem and working with me to find time to do the cleaning. And then they did a fantastic job-- my carpets look like new. I would recommend them without hesitation.
