Very thorough, and professional. Not cheap. The only issue I had was the concrete patch they used to fill the holes they drilled in concrete. The patch never set properly, and had to be replaced.[by me]

Mike Simmons from the Bug Man came out the next day and fixed my problem. I haven't seen a sign of the problem since he left. Very efficient, very mannerly, and a very satisfied customer.

Explained their process well, and demonstrated good knowledge. Worked with me during the chemical application process, and were in general friendly. As always, I like to be home whenever any contractor does work on my house.

The technician arrived on time, sprayed inside and outside. My invasion of millipedes and ants was stopped. Mike was very pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions. I will use this company again.
