Tom and his company did an outstanding job on my roof. Customer service was great too. My roof was leaking and he did what he had to in order to complete the work as quickly as possible. He even stopped by at 8PM to check to make sure the tarp was good as a strong wind was picking up. Before and after photos were taken and shared with me clearly showing the drastic improvement in workmanship. Options were presented on part of the work where I took the less expensive option of repair over replace based on his feedback. I really appreciated his honesty as he could have tried to make this a much bigger job. I highly recommend this company

"Tom", seems wonderful. It's when the work starts that you run into trouble. 1) Tom speaks English. The people he sends (he doesn't do the work) DON'T. 2) Anything you ask Tom to do, he can do it. Limit their work to window installation only. In my case they also did duct work - twice, as both jobs were done incorrectly. They are capable carpenters, but unless you are very knowledgeable about exactly what needs to be done, and can monitor the job, you're taking a chance. 3) In my case, Tom "disappeared" in the middle of the project. A threatening phone message caused a worker to appear; "Tom" had gone to Israel for several weeks,

We came to install Andersen windows.We provided quality of work and I am glad you admitted our capability. Project was done in stages and fully depended on shipments from factory. Unfortunately it took longer to get one of the grills that arrived damaged. I wish I could make the factory to ship replacement faster.My trip to Israel did not delay our operations.Grill was installed as received.Duct work was something you did not want to give to HVAC company to do and you've asked for a favor. We completed all tasks to your full satisfaction under your personal supervision and your carpenter's "monitoring".Please give us credit we deserve!

Work completed on time and in budget, courteous and responsive all the time, quality and workmanship apparent in the outcome. Covered a completely unexpected surprise (nails appearing through an unframed, single layer wall) in a reasonable and rapid fashion. I'd definitely recommend!!
