Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
Very responsive to my request for installing a water-powered backup sump pump. Seemed very knowledgeable about best way to install product and was able to answer my questions and concerns both before and after installation. I was a little surprised that the shavings from the holes in the lid he created for the basin were still in the basin - I would've expected them to have been cleaned up so as to avoid them getting pulled into the sump pump and clogging the system.

Plumber would have come back and rectified the situation if called back by customer and notified of the debris. Plumber did not see any debris in basin at end of the job. If unit does happen to malfunction, which plumber does not think it will, plumber would definitely return to the job an rectify the situation. Best Plumbing & Heating stands by thier work 100%.
