They arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning my house. I am considering using them on a regular scheduled basis.

They sent three very capable women. I couldn't be more satisfied. They cleaned everything. I mean everything. Aside from the general stuff, they dusted the walls, woodwork, ceilings and took great care in all they did. Especially my wood floors. The women were quick and thorough.

They did a fantastic job, prompt, fast and price was just right. I would recommend them to a freind.

Started off doing a great job- later quality changed. Poor communication of policies and practices. Expensive, late.

My son and his young family just moved into their new home just before Mother's Day. So as a gift to help the process along I called to see if they (B.L.H.K.I.T.) could help her. She said they did everything but the windows and laundry. My Daughter in law was very pleased with their work.

Very nice. Seem to care. Say they will always make things right if there is a problem. Need more consistency in the quality of service. Let them know the floors rinsed down & not vacuumed or cleaned~mildew missed/grew quickly n other areas. I don't want 2 worry its CLEAN & job done right 1st time. Wish cleaned it after they came: we ended up getting sick. Four months before their visit we purchased aquarium w/frogs. Very important things were CLEANED/Sanitized and bacteria not spread around house w/dirty rags/mops. No luck n this department in last years...<3 Kind folks, but no redo. Next crew my husband is going to hire and manage *grins*

Most of this makes no sence!We have cleaned 4 her many times an if there were things missed we did make it right. We always vac b4 mop, mildew comes back, esp when it's been months since cleaning, we always use clean sanitized rags/mops! Frogs!! they carry bacteria!! I've been in business since 1992 an never made anyone sick!?!?!The frogs most likely (if) made them sick. She requested we use "her" dirty towels to wipe up her floors?? I have pleanty of happy clients! Good luck to the next cleaning company she gets!!!!!! An as I said - she did not call us to say anything was not done right?? Can't fix something if we don't know it!!!
