Jon was great to work with and had great ideas. Overall, the counters look great but not perfect. There were several areas where the product reacted and was a little bumpy.

Everything was explained to me over the phone. He gave me all my options. I felt very informed by Joe. When Grant came out to do the tubs,he was very courteous and efficient. I appreciated the companies honesty and integrity in doing the tubs in the least expensive way. Both tubs, the surround tiles, and faucets look brand new. I was 100% pleased.

Quality is great except a couple of spots on the outside bottom of the tub and near the plug lever that were not fully coated. Nothing noiticeable unless you look for it. The customer service was great (even gave me tips on replacing something myself to save $$ on a plumber. I had waited all week and was so excited to get it done (tub was badly in need of recoating). I had to have any evening appt but when he arrived, almost the first thing he asked was, "were you wanting to get this done tonight"? I said yes, but felt a little wary re:how it would turn out, knowing he hoped to come another time (not at night in the rain), But, look great!!
