They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning the ducts in my 1870 brownstone as well as a pretty clogged dryer vent. They were punctual, neat and left everything in good order (except for blowing a fuse; I'm not entirely sure why that happened but it was no biggie). I'd certainly use them again and recommend them.

It was an extremely clean experience. The service men wore surgical booties on their shoes so they would not track any dirt in my home and covered all the furniture with plastic. I will certainly use them again.
