Offered up a cost saving solution...did a great job. I will definitely use him again for all garage door problems and when the day comes that I need to replace it.

Its on and we love it! Wish it wouldn't take three weeks to get it in but now it doesn't matter anymore. Very satisfied.

Response time was exceptional, GDSP was at my home less than 2 hours after I visitied the Service Magic Website. GDSP not only fixed my problem immediately (where previous companies did not) and charged me less than I had expected.

Amazing response time - Fred came the evening I called him and had the job completed within a half an hour, at a very reasonable rate.

Job was done right BUT the parts prices after checking were way over-inflated.

As the owner of GDSP, I take it personally when we receive a survey such as this. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. There are a couple of ways we do this. First, we offer a FREE service call to determine what is wrong with your garage door/opener. Second, we always inform you of price before we start any work. That is why I guess I was a little thrown back from this. We completed this work in January 2011. I had never received any complaints, until now.

Called late Wednesday afternoon and Fred was there first thing Thursday morning. He worked efficiently and was very professional and courteous. I would use Fred again.

The door is exactly what we were looking for. Everything was done professionally and within time and budget. Would definitely recommend them.
