Josh replaced the springs, but the problem with the opening and closing still persisted. He did some checking, told me what the problem was and let me decided whether I wanted the opener repaired or replaced. I decided to replaced it because of its age and he quoted me prices for the new openers and again let me decide without pressuring me to buy the more expesive one. He came at 6 PM and worked 3 and a half hours in a hot garage buy himself. He was competent and professional. I feel that what he charged was reasonable for the product I purchased and the time he spent replacing the springs and replacing the opener.
