The wall scanner they have worked great, they detected no insulation in 2 ares in a new builted home and we were able to request the builder to fix it before we closed on the home.

Ray was friendly and on time. I asked specifically for three tests but only one was done they stated that they offered two of the tests I asked for. The report he sent was through and included pictures both thermal and regular of the problem areas. Over all I was happy with this company

The inspector uncovered some of the minor defects that were not highlighted in the previous inspection done to the same house by the other inspection company half a year ago. These defects seem to be there more than half a year ago.

I said I would recommend them because the guy that came out was very professional and seemed thorough. I chose a company that wasn't affiliated with any insulation or air conditioning company fearing that they would recommend their product whether I needed it or not. They do an independent inspection - no strings attached. After I had it done someone told me I could have gotten it done free through our energy company! So check that first. Unfortunately, since they are not affiliated with any companies, now I have to try to track down someone to do the recommended work and hope they'll be reliable.

The Inspector was detailed, helpful and knowledgeable. The report was created with in 24 hours. Thanks to his help, some necessary changes were made to our house. The secretary was most helpful as well, especially since all the arrangements were made on the phone- out of state. Thank you, E&R Go
