Our pricing for each home inspection is as follows 2,000 square feet and smaller is $200.00 Homes above 2,000 square feet will be $.10 a square foot added to the base price. He was a friendly guy and found alot of stuff that needed to be fixed besides what we were already aware of. Hopefully it was money well spent, if the builder actually fixes the things that are wrong instead of making excuses of why they dont do that....

Trevor was very professional and did a thorough job. However, there were some areas that I though h could have paid more attention to - like the windows. Since there were window treatments, he did not check to see if they opened or closed appropriately. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him but would suggest for the homeowner to be involved in the inspection process so nothing gets overlooked.

Mr Hall did a good job, he was thorough and made good observations when he inspected my new house. I actually got a brand new top of the line dishwasher as replacement as a result of his job. Good deal. Thank you Mr Trevor.
