Deanna, the office manager, was very pleasant. She took care of our questions in a very timely manner. Ken was very polite and professional when he came out to give us the quote. He was very knowledgeable on what we were asking to be completed. Justin and his crew were punctual and worked at a great rate. The workmanship came out very nice. I was questioning whether or not I would like the railing added to our patio. When the job was complete it was very beautiful and I was glad we did it. We would highly recommended TCRM.
