He was on time, very professional, and finished the job fairly quickly. I would rate Texas Carpet Care five stars, except for the fact that some of the stains "reappeared" after the carpet dried. This could just be that the stains are not going to come out ever, but they did get lighter in the places that they reappeared, so it does look better than it did to begin with.  See All Ratings
