Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
The scope of my work was a full renovation of an 1100 sq ft South Philadelphia row home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The house was completely gutted when Jason started. Jason did an excellent job on the renovation and the reactions from every person that sees my house (and the before pictures) is absolutely amazed at the transformation. Jason took a vision that I had and built for me exactly what I wanted. And, he did it all in under four months. I work in NYC during the week and Jason would meet me every Sat morning to walk me thru the work that had been completed and the work that was planned for the next week.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
From start to finish Jason Tete was incredibly easy to contact, actually picking up the phone when called (rare for contractors) and stuck to his word on returning calls if he couldn't. Out of all pro's contacted from this service, he was the first to call, stop by, and provide me a bid. The work performed by him and his fast n' efficient team matched the first impression. I'm pretty particular and distrusting of finding a contractor and I couldn't have had a better experience. Jason handled all my questions to get to what I really wanted and he delivered beyond my expectations while always falling within my budget, highly recommended!!

Project: Build an Addition
Tete bros construction exceeded my expectations on the project they did for me. They built a pretty complicated rooftop access structure on my roof with a spiral staircase. They blended it perfectly with the house so that it looks like it was always there. The structure has windows, a door, light fixtures, etc. Jason answered all my questions, was extremely responsive and did a great job. There are so many shotty contractors out there, it was great to find skilled, reliable people like Tete bros. I will use them for all my household projects and recommend them with the highest of confidence.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
They are now finishing up the job. I contracted them not only for my bathroom renovation, but also to renovate my kitchen and install hardwood floors throughout. There were a lot of special requirements in the condo building where I live and they handled them all with ease, nothing was ever a problem. They showed up every day, worked efficiently and cut no corners yet at the same time used all materials properly and never had unnecessary waste. Their costs were very competitive and their work is beautiful. They pay attention to every detail. One of the most important things is whenever I called the owner or job supervisor I always got an answer. I never once had to leave a message, they were always available. I have been dealing with contractors off and on for over 30 years and they are the crème de la crème! I would recommend them to anyone and in fact I already have.

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Jason seems to be a masterful craftsman with excellent, and extensive professional experience in masonry, carpentry and plumbing. He also has a number of skilled building assistants that work for him. I met with him and his top forman Vidal and we discussed the scope of the work. All permits were obtained and the work was completed in a timely, masterful and artistic manner. They were very clean and efficient and Jason was always accessible by phone. The price was steep but the quality was worth it. I would recommend Tete Brothers without reserve.
