Qual: OK but subcontracted, guys had some trouble with slippery tile and went bam onto roof a couple of times. Comm: When we had to talk to them they answered the phone differently than the name on the truck! Timeliness: They were an hour early, which might be fine, but might bug some people. Budget: Fair for Terminix but then we were subcontracted, so we wonder whether more comparison shopping would have been better. Cleanliness: ok Value: ok Courteous: The main man was polite. Two Problems: 1. My son locked an inner door, and we had to make a return trip with the key. While we were at it I was going to retrieve another item. However they didn't wait for us as they had said, but left a message back for us to leave that key in the mailbox. 2. The front door key was to be left on counter inside. However we never get or find our front door key and have to change locks / make more. <br />
