The company contacted me rigth away after Service Magic received my request. The Technik Enterprises technician called ahead of time and arrived at the house before I did. Serviced the alarm system quickly and explained how to use the system. Great work.

Thecnik was on time. We have an old system but the Tech was professional and knew exactly what to do to get the system fixed. Made repairs quickly and the price was very reasonable. The system was up and running within 30 minutes. My old system will have to be replaced at some time and I will use most certainly use Technik to do the work. They did a great job!

Nathan from Technik Enterprises was very professional and friendly. As requested, he called ahead of time before dropping in on schedule. They were able to successful in identifying the problems and resolving the issues.
