person that contacted me had a different # than the store also the # on the back of his shirt was different after complation of job he gave me a different cel # TO CONTACT HIM....all in all the small hook up was ok

They were very nice when they finnally came to install my system. When finnished Ken told me he would e-mail me my paid bill and I didn't get the instruction manual for the VCR. I called them 4 times and I told them of my problem(s) and they keep telling me that they will take care of it. It has been more then a month and I,m still waiting. I'm very disappointed with them
