They did a great job - came on time, made sure my plaster walls would hold the weight of the tv and support system - came in under estimate - were very thoughtful in how they did the work and cleaned up afterwards. From the first email to the finished service was first rate.

From the initial conctact online, to getting a call back within a half hour, to talking with Pam to answer all my questions and set up an appointment to the guys who installed both my 46" and 52" flat screens, who were simply great!! They even came in earlier for me that day than originally scheduled because I had to go out of town and they did not want me to have to leave so late in the day. Amazingly thoughtful team!! They were knowledgeable and helpful in their advice so that I could make the right decision for my own needs. I just love how everything looks and functions. Thank you TechRowe!! I will turn to them again!!!

They were very experienced with the kind of job we needed: mounting a large tv on a wall that had metal studs, and hiding the wiring. They were not satisfied with the cosmetics, so they took the initiative to come back and fix the problem. They cost more than other bids, but I went with them because of the large number of good reviews for doing similar jobs. When I started this project, I didn't know all the questions to ask (e.g., whether it was possible to hide the cable), so it ended up costing more than I originally thought it would.It's best to get the cable from the cable company first--this is cheaper than buying it from them.

After one reschedule, the team arrived on time and immediately set mounting my TV to the wall. They were porfessional, clearly knew their business and completed the task within the time window they told they would. Thye took great care to protect the other items in my den and cleaned up after their were finished leaving me without any mess. I'd recommend them to my friends.
