I had an emergency situation where I spilled soup on the carpet.  Lawrence came within 24 hours on a Saturday and did a fantastic job.  He arrived early, finished ahead of schedule and did a great job.  The carpet looks like new!!  I think he has excellent customer service skills and a very professional, business-like demeanor.  I've already recommended his company to colleagues and friends.
