David Smith and his assistant Mike were totally professional and personable. They did a great job in installing the 2 fans and a mount using existing electricals and making no holes in the side walls. The job was very tidy and completed way ahead of the estimated time. His quotes were very reasonable. David provided numerous suggestions on the additional requests for home lighting.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very polite and helpful even though it turned out to be a very simple fix. At least I was charged only 1/2 price. Thanks

Excellent. Up front with costs. Professional, knowledgeable, willing (and eager!) to explain how everything works. Also a general contractor, so capable of taking care of the small side things that may come up... I had an old oversized outlet that was refitted with a standard size, and he was able to patch, spackle, and texture the now-exposed part of the wall so I could paint it to match the rest of the room.
