Was very pleased with the performance of Taylors Window & Sceen, Inc. personnel from start to finish. From the first visit of the salesman to present their product information until the last window was installed, every contact with Taylors was handled in a most professional way. I would highly recomment this company.

The welded corners were very poorly matched with unsatisfactory presentation. When Mr. Nichols(owner) was talked to about quality he became very verbally abusive and would not listen. He basically said they were the best and I was only trying to get out of paying. He was paid in full but has still not come to see the windows. I have pictures if someone is interested. BEWARE of Taylors Window and Screen.

The manufacture of thewindows was well ahead of what was expected. The installers were courtious, and the job went very smoothly. They were finished in 4 hours for 7 windows, which we expected to take most of the day. Job well done.

We had a good experience with this company. There were some minor glitches: a window miscount, and a couple of window mismeasurements but the problems were handled efficiently and without any difficulties for us. The company gave us some upgrade windows in the place of the ones that were mismeasured and simply adjusted our bill for us to pay for the two additional windows. They cleaned up after themselves and were unfailing polite and hardworking.
