I enjoyed doing business with Nathan Taylor and his crew. Nathan always answered the phone or quickly responded to my calls. He was courteous and professional. Above all, he was honest and expressed a sincere desire to ensure I was happy with the final product from his company. I like doing business with people like this. First and foremost, they did a good job. With that said, I HATE being charged by the hour for services like this, which is what they did. I much rather get a quote for the job and pay that. In addition, they charge an extra 5% to use a credit card... that is no good especially if you have a large job and to avoid paying the 5% you have to pay cash. Also, I had an appointment with them which happened to fall on Columbus Day. Nobody came and nobody called. When I called them about a week later, no one returned my call. I tried one more time a few days later and did get ahold of them and they came the next day. Not outstanding, but ok overall.

Sorry about the communication break down. We try very hard to make every single appointment. There is no way a business can give an exact quote to repair another companies work (site not seen).
